Let your packaging do the talking

Give the intended fill weight and physical dimensions, including the bottom gusset for a stand-up format. Also describe moisture, oxygen or light sensitivity, storage conditions and the way the pouch will be filled and closed. A zipper, valve or particular barrier structure should be requested explicitly and verified before production. Shelf-life and food-contact suitability cannot be inferred from the pouch's appearance.

A compact flexible format for samples and smaller portions. Specify usable space and how the pouch will be sealed.
For coffee packaging projects. Describe whole bean or ground coffee, fill weight, closure and whether a valve is needed.
Include the contents, fill weight, width, height, gusset, closure, filling method, storage conditions and quantity per design. Request the final material structure and dieline before preparing production files.
Request a packaging quote or read the artwork preparation guide before preparing your files. To evaluate materials, ask about packaging samples.
Weight measures mass, not volume. Coffee beans, powder and granola can need different space at the same weight. Provide dimensions and test the intended fill where practical.
It is the expandable bottom section that helps form a base when filled. Its dimensions affect usable volume and presentation, so specify it alongside width and height.
Valve requirements depend on the coffee and packing process. Describe the product and ask for the appropriate structure; a valve should not be assumed included from a photograph or product name.
No. A resealable zipper is a consumer closure feature; the filling process may also require a separate seal. Confirm the sealing method and equipment compatibility for the actual pouch.
The package alone cannot establish shelf life. Contents, barrier requirements, filling, seals and storage conditions all matter. Validate the final combination before making a shelf-life claim.
Use the sample request form and identify the contents, dimensions and closure to evaluate. Availability, sample type, cost and delivery are confirmed individually.
Compare the intended use, dimensions and artwork before requesting a specification.
