Start with the actual product arrangement and delivery route. An attractive presentation package still needs suitable internal support and, where appropriate, an outer shipping container.
Choose rigid or flexible packaging
Use the box comparison to separate retail presentation from transport. For soft goods, poly mailers may be a format to evaluate; they do not provide rigid support by themselves.
Measure before approving the print
Follow the measurement guide with the product, inserts and cushioning in place. Describe packed weight, fragile areas and opening order. Do not copy outside dimensions when the request needs internal usable space.
Make inserts useful
A product insert card can explain setup or care, while a thank-you card carries a shorter customer message. Keep essential information readable and test any QR destination before printing.
Specify variants clearly
For kits or subscriptions, list what changes between bundles: items, inserts, artwork and quantities. A shared outer size may still need different internal arrangements.
Organize the project using the quote checklist, then confirm materials, closure, artwork and delivery terms with the actual quote.
